The stripped down trio called Monkey Junk only got together in 2008, but its members have close to sixty years musical experience among them. Steve Marriner has played harmonica with almost every Canadian player there is.  Guitar player and songwriter Tony D has toured and played with everybody from Buddy Guy to Bernard Allison.  While drummer Matt Sobb has toured and recorded with folks like Kim Wilson and Jeff Healey.   And now they have come together. 

Their very funky first album is out, called Tiger In Your Tank, and I suspect they just might show up at a bar near you.
