Chris Smither is another in a long line of musicians who started out getting a college education, but ended up in the blues.  He went to Mexico to study anthropology, and found a record by Lightnin’ Hopkins. It was only a matter of time, and before he knew it, he was performing in Boston and New York at the height of the folk and blues revival. 

Chris is still bringing the world his own brand of unrepentant roots music. His new album is Time Stands Still.
