Selwyn Birchwood in The BluesMobile this Weekend

Tampa, Florida’s own Selwyn Birchwood joins Elwood to play songs from his latest release, DON’T CALL NO AMBULANCE. He joins Elwood to talk about that, and about life leading up to winning the Albert King Award for Guitarist of the Year. Ears will be bent for his influences, Jimi Hendrix, Louis Walker, and Buddy Guy. Plus some fellow Florida musicians: The Tedeschi Trucks Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd and JJ Grey. Then a swing by Kansas City to give a listen to the young and incredibly dynamic, Samantha Fish.
